Zusammenfassung:Carbon films grown based on sintering of carbon nanoclusters 1–3 nm in size are studied by the Raman scattering (RS) method. A comparison of RS spectra of fullerene, β -carbyne, diamond, and obtained carbon films allowed the assumption that the film structure corresponds to “carbyne-fullerenes” whose existence was theoretically predicted in [14–16].
