Zusammenfassung:Abrasive composites based on modified epoxy resins and synthetic diamonds, which are three-level adaptive systems that make it possible to machine technically pure titanium without seizure, have been developed. The tools containing these composites have allowed us to elaborate an efficient technology of manufacturing heads of hip joints from technically pure titanium.
