Effect of chromium and tellurium impurities on the thermoelectric parameters of galena
Concentration dependences of the Seebeck coefficient, resistivity, and thermal conductivity of thermoelectric PbS crystals with chromium (0 < x ≤ 0.01) and tellurium (0 < y ≤ 0.03) impurities are examined in the temperature region of 300–800 K. It is shown that the introduction of chromium inc...

Zusammenfassung: | Concentration dependences of the Seebeck coefficient, resistivity, and thermal conductivity of thermoelectric PbS crystals with chromium (0 <
