Zusammenfassung:The dynamic field effect in Mn delta-doped epitaxial layers and quantum dimensional heteronanostructures of the p type with quantum wells and quantum dots was investigated. It was shown that an embedded Mn delta layer leads to the considerable capture of injected carriers on traps associated with the delta layer.
