Zusammenfassung:This paper describes the mathematical model for describing of light attenuation by different types of tissues at optical clearing. A comparison of experimental and calculated data showing a quantitative correspondence between these data was carried out. Parameters describing temporal dependence of optical transmission of a biological sample at immersion clearing are suggested.
