thermal insulation coatings obtained by highly energized plasma spray on modified equipment using a PNK-50 plasmatron of an original design, involving the linear and circular injection of a powder blend. As a result of optimizing the working process, coatings with the following characteristics were produced: density ρ = 7.6 g/cm

, and increased heat resistance. The developed coating is intended for protection against high-temperature gas corrosion and the thermal insulation of the working surfaces of parts of hot gas turbine paths. |
