Conditions for existence of alternating inelastic deformations at low-cycle loading

The criterion of the existence of an alternating flow and low-cycle fatigue used at present can give substantial (up to two times) errors in the strength margin. A more accurate universal criterion and the software providing for determining the conditions of the process realization, its space-time localization, and directions of deformation and residual stress have been suggested. The calculation method and the software are compatible with widely distributed FEA packages.
