Zusammenfassung:The issues of developing new corrosion inhibitors for detergents and deicing fluids used for ground vehicles and aircraft have been considered. The ability of sodium salts of triterpenoid acids, extracted from coniferous plants, to reduce the corrosion rate of low-alloy steel in aqueous solutions and atmospheric conditions has been studied. It was experimentally determined that the reagent provides a level of protection for low-alloy steel of 90% at a dosage of 0.45 mg/L in an aqueous solution.
