Necessary first- and second-order optimality conditions in problems of control described by a system of Volterra difference equations

The terminal problem of optimal control described by a system of Volterra difference equations is considered. Constructively verifiable necessary first- and second-order optimality conditions are obtained under the assumption that the domain of control is open.
