Characterization of copepod Scottomyzon gibberum scott population on Asterias rubens L. starfishes under different anthropogenic load conditions

This articles describes copepod Scottomyzon gibberum population on Asterias rubens starfishes collected during the 2012 growth period. The population increases from mid-June to late September. Heterogeneity in the population was also shown, which can be related with anthropogenic load. The population of copepods on the starfishes is higher in regions with increased anthropogenic load conditions. An increase in the copepods population on the starfishes with depth was observed.
