Zusammenfassung:The performed morphological study of the transformation mechanism of the intestinal reservoir of the mucous membrane using modern immunochemical and histochemical methods revealed three morphological phases of enteric epithelium adaptation: reactive-inflammatory, compensatory-protective, and atrophic. The enteric urinary reservoir preserves a cambial apparatus typical of the enteric phenotype with inherent apoptosis activity and proliferation, which confirms the low level of the tumor transformation risk.
