Революции: аргументы за и против

In the article, the author formulates his view on revolutions and reveals their positive and negative sides, their pros and cons in different aspects, in the past and in the present. The article discusses whether revolutions are inevitable and formulates some recommendations that could theoretically help avoid revolutions. It shows how and why the role of revolutions changes significantly in different periods of history and explains why revolutions have ultimately turned from “locomotives of development” into unproductive social experiments. Nevertheless, although revolutions are a very dangerous and very expensive way to change society, they have by no means become an archaic phenomenon in the modern world. Therefore, the subject of this article is so relevant.
