Zusammenfassung: | As it is known, helium-cadmium laser oscilates the wavelengths of 442nm and 325nm. The wavelength of 442nm isused in the field of high technical industry because of its shortest continuous wavelength in the visible area. Recentry applications of ultra violet area are growing. So we developed high power ultra violet helium-cadmium laser which power was 100mW. We tried to use new mirrors which are polished by using the technics of higher grade than normal optical polishing technics. |
