Zusammenfassung:A retrospective analysis of clinical factors was performed on 398 naive patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). The median survival time was 637 days. With univariate analysis, the significant prognosis factors for survival were Alb, PT, clinical stage, tumor diameter, number of tumors, HCC stage classification, and tumor marker. Results of multivariate analysis showed that AFP, Alb, PT, and HCC stage classification, were individual factors affecting prognosis. Therefore, we believe naive patients with HCC survive longer with early detection and that have therapy.
