Zusammenfassung:A 18-year-old male was reffered to a clinic with fever, nausea vomiting. 18 days later, he was refered to another hospital and pointed out of portal vein thrombosis. And he was refered to our hospital. He underwent a laparotomy for portal vein thrombosis. But, portal vein flow was not recovered. Bacteroides were detected from the pus of portal vein lumen. One month later, development of collateral vessel around the portal vein (cavernous transformation) was shown by ultrasonography. Dynamic enhanced CT showed the enhancement of peripheral zone of the liver. In reverse, portal CT (CT-AP) showed the enhancement of central zone of the liver. 21 months later, Dynamic enhance CT showed a marked reduction of enhanced area.
