Zusammenfassung: | A case is presented in which a small cholangiocellular carcinoma was found in a 64-year-old man who had undergone resection of a hepatocellular carcinoma 12 years previously. Ultrasonography showed a 15 mm round mass with a halo. Angiography revealed unhomogeneous hypovascular tumor with mildly irregular border. Surgically resected tumor was composed of mixture of small glandular and cordlike structures. Immunohistochemically, the tumor cells were positive for CA 19-9 and CEA but were negative for alpha-fetoprotein. |
