Zusammenfassung: | A case of acute Non-A, Non-B hepatitis was reported. The patient was a 26 y-o nurse and had a needle-stick accident after blood collection from HB virus carrier. As she was HBs Ag and anti-HBs negative, anti-HBs human immunoglobulin was injected about 4 hours after accident. AST and ALT levels were proven to be high 43 days after accident. From assay of serum virus markers, peritoneoscopy and histology, she was diagnosed as acute Non-A, Non-B hepatitis. NonA, Non-B hepatitis virus in this patient was thought to be possibly transmitted from that HB virus carrier because of negative epidemiological study and results of morphological studies of that HB virus carrier compatible with chronic Non-A, Non-B hepatitis or from anti-HBs human immunoglobulin vial. |
