Zusammenfassung:For the purpose of detecting causatie drugs for drug-induced hepatic injury with eruption, skin allergic test was realized. Using the appearance of eruption as the starting point, the changes of various liver function tests and hemogram were studied. The characteristics were as following: 1. Type of eruption is predominantly measles like. 2. Initial Symptoms consist of fever above 38°C and lymphadenopathy. 3. Results of laboratory findings revealed a marked decrease in lymphocyte counted immediately after appearance of eruption, along with the increase in LDH. Abnormalities of SGOT, SGPT, Alkaline Phosphatase and Total Bilirubin tended to appear after more than 3 days following appearance of eruption. 4. For the decision of causative drugs skin allergic test is more effective, and it's reaction belong to delayed type.
