Analisis Harga Dalam Praktik Pembulatan Harga Tinjauan Ekonomi Islam

The purpose of this research is to find out the price mechanism in the practice of price rounding in Islamic economic review. This type of research uses library research with a qualitative approach. The analysis techniques used in this research include data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of this study indicate that the practice of rounding prices carried out by cashiers must seek approval or inform the buyer as stipulated in Article 6 paragraph (4) of the Regulation of the Minister of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia Number 35 / M-DAG / PER / 7/2013 concerning the Inclusion of the Price of Goods and Service Tariffs Traded. This is so as not to violate consumer rights as stipulated in Article 4 of Law No.8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. The existence of openness between the seller and the buyer regarding the rounding of the price of the remaining change if done, surely the buyer will be able to accept gracefully. However, it would be nice if at the beginning of the contract it was explained in advance if there was a price rounding. If this is done properly, then at the end of the contract there will be no disappointment for the buyers, so that the element of willingness remains attached and accompanies the mu'âṯhâh sale and purchase transaction. This is so as not to violate consumer rights as stipulated in Article 4 of Law No.8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection.
