Recent Cases and Developments in Oil and Gas Law

The Canadian Petroleum Law Foundation Ninth Annual Research Seminar in Oil and Gas Law followed different format from past seminars. Whereas previous seminars had centered on various aspects of single topic, the Ninth Annual Research Seminar was broadened to include several topics. One of the topics was the following paper on Recent Cases and Developments in Oil and Gas Law. This topic was very well received by the seminar participants and it is the intention of the Canadian Petroleum Law Foundation to con tinue this topic at future seminars.
