Zusammenfassung:	At the period of high economic growth after the war, in the suburban farm village area of the big city, large-scale site planning for housing and small change of use of agricultural land developed. As a result, rural-urban area has appeared. But, recently this area planned as a new city area surrounded by nature. In this paper, intend for Tsukuba, we analyzed the inhabitant exchange activities form a viewpoint of 'Place' and 'exchange' peculiarities. And we clarified the place peculiarities of exchange activities in Urban-Rural area and abstracted some problems of today in this area.
