Zusammenfassung: | Chlorhexidine (CHX) is the most widely prescribed antiseptic mouthwash in Dentistry. It is used as an adjunct with mechanical plaque control to improve its efficacy. But various interactions between CHX and dentifrices have been reported, causing confusion on the mode of usage of CHX. This study was done to try out the new modality of usage of CHX, that is immediately after tooth brushing rather than its delayed use. |
