Zusammenfassung: | Cornea verticillata is a whorl-like pattern seen on cornea may be due to long-term complication of drugs such as Amiodarone Chloroquine Phenothiazines Indomethacin and corneal manifestation of sphingolipidosis. Here we present a 80 year old male who came for routine check-up was found tohave whorl-like pattern on cornea. On enquiry it was found that he was taking 20mg pantoprazole once daily regularly for last 10 years. There was no history of long-term use of any other drug and no significant systemic illness.nbsp |
