Malnutrition is an issue of global dimensions affecting all ages. The outcomes are sustained and can jeopardize the future life as well. KuposhanaBalaShosha are explained in the Ayurveda literatures and elaborate therapeutic interventions are described. Shiva Modaka is one such drug described which that acts on vide dimensions of pediatric health and ensures good health. The present clinical study is an effort to test the clinical efficacy of the said drug on Malnutrition in school going children of Udupi district.
