Zusammenfassung:The results of surgical treatment of neuropathic pain syndrome at 51 patients with different pathologies of the spinal cord and its’ roots have been analyzed. The patients were divided into different groups in dependence of spinal cord pathology type (spinal trauma consequences — at 33, viral infections — at 11, brachial plexus roots’ avulsion — at 7) and pain expansion (segmental — at 41, diffuse — at 8, radicular — at 2). Spinal epidural electrostimulation was effective in 75%, DREZ-tomy, sympathectomy and anterior comissurotomy — in all cases. Thus differential approach for selection of surgical treatment method of neuropathic pain syndrome at patients with consequences of spinal cord traumatic and non-traumatic injuries allows to improve treatment results.
