The review covers the key achievements of proteome studies using mass spectrometry and two-dimensional electrophoresis methods in the field of dermatology Works studying the most prevalent chronic dermatoses such as psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, acne vulgaris and mycosis fungoidea are examined.
