Zusammenfassung: | Crises experienced in the tourism sector are reflected in the spatial appearance of regional economies focused on tourism. This research explains the changes in space organization caused by crises in tourism clusters in Antalya, an important destination at national and global levels. Mixed method was used in the research. In the first stage, nearest neighbor analysis was performed in the ArcGIS program to detect clusters based on spatial statistics. In the second stage, interview data were coded in the NVIVO program for the evolution of clusters, and then descriptive analysis was carried out. In the third stage, scales were applied to determine the resilience of clusters of different types and structures against crises and ANOVA test was conducted in the SPSS program. As a result, clusters that showed formation, development and changes in different periods were found in a region. Clusters have developed different accommodation systems and tourism practices. The reason for this has been national and local tourism policies implemented in different periods, crises and structural changes in demand. The most important result of the research is that the survival practices applied in crises occurring in different clusters are determined and determined as important gains for possible crises in the future. |
