Transformation of Strategic Management Principles of Transport and Logistics Enterprises in Conditions of Instability

The relevance of the chosen topic is determined by manifestations of instability in the markets of presence of enterprises in the transport and logistics industry and the need to determine the ways of their future development. The purpose of the article is to identify transformational changes in the principles of strategic management of enterprises operating in the transport and logistics markets. The prerequisites for the transformation of unique and oversized air carriers into 3 PL operators, which are divided into three blocks: needs, threats and risks and the uniqueness of the product.
