Zusammenfassung: | We report a rare case of ductal papilloma from buccal mucosa minor salivary grand. A 80-year-old male patient visited our hospital with chief complaint of a mass in the left buccal mucosa. He had noticed the mass before 7 years, but left it. MRI and US imaging suggested that the mass had a clear and smooth margin. A clinical diagnosis of a benign tumor was made, and the tumor was removed with the patient under general anesthesia. The excised specimen was histologically diagnosed as intraductal papilloma of minor salivary gland. |
