Zusammenfassung: | This paper describes the printing conditions of ink jet printer. It is found that (1) to characterize the printing condition, there are two fundamental qualities; a velocity ratio (ka) -1 and a nozzle diameter 2a, (k; wave number), (2) to make the ratio of printing distortion 4% and less, two fundamental parameters, (ka) -1 and 2a, must satisfy the next condition. (ka) -1·2a>0.7/π (n+1), (n; number of uncharged drop), (3) the diameter D of mosaic dot is K0·a3/2√ (ka) -1, (K0; coefficient). If a printing velocity, a printing quality and a sort of printing character are given, the design parameters are decided reasonably with above conditions. This study has developed a new high speed and high quality ink jet printer, of which the line density is 10 line/mm and the printing error ratio is under 10-7/character. |
