Zusammenfassung: | A 54-year-old male presented with cough and sputum. Clinical examination and chest X-ray films revealed no significant abnormal findings. He had had cough and sputum for two years and he was a heavy smoker. Bronchoscopic findings showed a solitary polypoid lesion located at the bifurcation of right B4 and B5, but no other findings. Biopsy of the polypoid lesion resected it completely. Pathological findings revealed papillary growth of epithelium with a fibrous stalk, but no malignant cells. We followed this case up for six years, but no subsequent changes were recognized bronchoscopically. |
