| Zusammenfassung: | A 72-year-old female was admitted for the evaluation of cough and sputum. Bronchographic and broncoscopic examinations revealed a polypoid tumor in the right bronchus. The tumor was successfully removed. Microscopically, the tumor was composed of well-differentiated adipose tissue growing in the bronchial submucosa diagnosed as bronchial lipoma. The histogenesis of bronchial lipoma was discussed. |
