Zusammenfassung: | Arytenoid subluxation is rare in laryngeal trauma. We report the case of a patient who had been complaining of hoarseness, dysphagia and aspiration caused by the antero-medial subluxation of the right arytenoid cartilage. Fiberscopic findings revealed that the right arytenoid cartilage moved antero-medially during phonation. As a surgical treatment, we designed a trianguler cartilage plug collected from the thyroid cartilage. This plug was inserted through the edge of the thyroid cartilage and fixed to the inner surface of the thyroid cartilage by the fibrin paste. After the operation, the arytenoid cartilage was fixed at the median position and glottal closure was improved. |
