Zusammenfassung: | The effect of working temperature before annealing on the recrystallization of Ni-30%Cu alloy was investigated by Vickers hardness measurement, optical microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. As the working temperature increased, the beginning of recrystallization was retarded and the grain size of recrystallized structure became finer. However, the activation energy for recrystallization was not affected so much by the working temperature, except for room temperature. Finer recrystallized grains were obtained at a higher working temperature and a lower annealing temperature. It is considered that the refinement of structure due to warm working is attributed to the dislocation cell structure. |
