Zusammenfassung:A method of the combination of three well established techniques for preparing small crustaceans for study of their internal structures is described. The techniques are: the glutaraldehyde fixation and bulk staining of whole specimens; the embedding of the specimens in plastic according to the procedures for electron microscopy; and the sectioning of them at 0.5 to 5.0 µ.
