Families of Discrete Distributions Satisfying Taylor's Power Law
Constrained negative binomial, Neyman type A, Polya-Aeppli, and Poisson-with-zeroes distributions are shown to satisfy Perry and Taylor's requirements regarding Taylor's power law when fitted with n + 2 parameters to a set of n samples of data.
