299. Note: Estimating the Ratio of Two Marginal Probabilities in a Contingency Table

A large-sample confidence interval for the ratio of two marginal probabilities in a contingency table is obtained, and also an unbiased estimator of one such probability when the other is known. A numerical example is given.
