Zusammenfassung:The legend seems to differentiate itself from the other genres of oral narration for the occasions in which it is produced and for its more-voices construction. So there is a talkative interaction where each participant can give its own contribution to the construction of the text. This genre is characterized by its fragmentation, by the concision linked to its frequent mono-episodicality and to its accentuated indexicality. In order not to confuse, as usually happens, the legends with the more generic "beliefs" or "traditions", one must consider as such only the texts provided with a narrative development, however slightest. If we want to talk about legend, at least one particular event or a dialogueted scene must be emphasized as regards to the descriptive background and to the explicative intent of the text.
