Preferential Remedies for Employment Discrimination

The "basic thesis of this article is that much of the current concern about alleged "reverse discrimination" in employment ignores the reality of the situation." It is argued that some form of 'colour conscious' affirmative action must be employed to achieve equal opportunities for minorities and women. The most effective form is considered to be temporary preferential treatment.
