Zusammenfassung: | The aim of research is to test clinically the influence of PRP (platelet-rich plasma) and guided tissue regeneration in bone defects on dental implant stability with early insertion. On the basis of the results it can be concluded that the mobility of dental implants was lowest in the protocol where PRP was applied combined with bovine deproteinized bone and resorbable membrane of bovine origin. |
