Zusammenfassung:Empirical evidence on artificial intelligence-powered diagnostic tools, networked medical devices, and cyber-physical healthcare systems in assessing and treating patients with COVID-19 symptoms has been scarcely documented in the literature. Using and replicating data from Amwell, Brookings, Colorado Health Institute, Deloitte, DHS, Doximity, eMarketer, Intel, KPMG, and McKinsey, we performed analyses and made estimates regarding smart healthcare services and Internet of Things-based real-time applications and devices in the diagnosis and screening of COVID-19. Networked medical devices and applications have shaped Internet of Medical Things. COVID-19 detection and monitoring systems can acquire instantaneous symptom data from artificial intelligence-enabled wearable medical devices. Descriptive statistics of compiled data from the completed surveys were calculated when appropriate.
