May I again express my appreciation to Dr. Peter Bruck for his work as guest editor of this issue. Two other people deserve my appreciation also for the extensive work they have done in proofreading all the articles as we worked to put this issue together within the two weeks available to us. My wife, Connie, and Kathy McConnell have worked hard to read each article as it came off the printer. I want to publicly thank them for their patience and help. We thank our subscribers for their patience. This issue is late but hopefully with the next issue we will be back on schedule.
