Zusammenfassung: | Objective: The objective of this study was to determine the description of testis histology of male mice (Mus musculus) after giving nano-Rhodomyrtus tomentosa (haramonting).Methods: Leaves of R. tomentosa (haramonting) are made into nanoherbal using high-energy milling, treatment of mice in 14 days, then observation of testis histology, and the data processed with SPSS 22 program with Kruskal–Wallis test. Results: Nano-R. tomentosa administration was not significantly different in weight of testes (p>0.05), but there was significant difference in Spermatogonia, Spermatocytes, and spermatid.Conclusions: Nano-R. tomentosa (haramonting) with excessive doses can cause damage of testis cells, interfere with the process of spermatogenesis, and make infertile. |
