Zusammenfassung:	In this study, measuring method for the surface displacement of the rubber-chip board due to vehicle loads throgh vehicle tires is discussed in order to examine the relative protrusion height of the spikes. The measureing results by the method of pin-displacement showed good reappear-ability ones. In addition, numerical simulation are carried out using FEM code MARC and some reasonable results were found.
