PHILOSOPHY OF PEACE AS AN OUTLOOK AND VALUE BASIS OF MODERN UKRAINE'S SOCIO-CULTURAL DEVELOPMENT

The essential characteristics of the philosophy of peace as a value basis for Ukraine’s socio‑cultural development are analyzed. Theoretical approaches to understanding the phenomenon of peace are singled out: theological, rationalistic, naturalistic, natural-legal, moral, existential. It has been proven that peace, as a value of human existence, is based on the axiologems of freedom, responsibility, justice and safety. The positive influence of religious and liberal-democratic narratives for strengthening global and social peace is disclosed.
