Zusammenfassung: | A novel red phosphor of CuAlS2:Mn for white LEDs has been successfully prepared by solid-state-reaction method using an opened-tubular-furnace. It has been found that both photoluminescence (PL) intensity and thermal stability are improved by Si-codoping. The currently obtained PL stimulus value Y under 380-nm-excitation is about 67 % compared to La2O2S:Eu. The PL intensity at 100°C maintains 95 % of that at a room temperature. |
