KI Building Renewal towards ZEB : Outline of 50% Energy Savings and Lighting Plan(Trend of net Zero Energy Building and Energy Saving by Lighting)

We renewed the part of Kajima KI building as the field test with the new technologies in order to reduce 50% of consumption energy in comparison to other general offices. We achieved the aim of 50% reduction in the annual energy consumption. We introduce the outline of main technologies adopted, breakdown of 50% reduction, and new lighting plan.
