Zusammenfassung:Microwave digestion and high-pressure mineralization procedures were developed for the subsequent quantitative determination of total bone aluminum by differential pulse polarography. Accuracy was tested by comparison with results provided by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometric analyses. Correlation between the electrochemical (Y) and the spectroscopic (X) aluminum was excellent. Y 1.021X+0.155, r=0.982.
