Zusammenfassung:Transparent, conductive cadmium stannate (Cd2SnO4) thin films were successfully prepared by the dip-coating method. Smooth Cd2SnO4 thin films up to 200 nm thick were obtained by a single dip-coating procedure. The resistivity of the crystalline Cd2SnO4 thin films fired above 550°C for 1h, was 2-4×10-3 Ω·cm. Conductive amorphous films were also obtained at 500°C. The transmittance of the Cd2SnO4 thin films was 70 to 80% in the wavelength range from 550 to 1100 nm
