Zusammenfassung: | Zinc ion battery has become a significant source of modern energy storage devices due to its high safety, low cost, high theoretical capacity, and environmental friendliness, but there are still some problems hindering the development of the battery. There are three main problems for anodes: zinc dendrite, zinc anode corrosion, and zinc anode passivation. Among them, the zinc dendrite is mainly caused by the uneven deposition of zinc on the anode surface, which will seriously affect the cycle stability and reversibility of the battery, and reduce the Coulombic efficiency. If the dendrite grows through the separator, it may also cause a short circuit, which will make the battery fail. In this paper, methods to solve the problem of the zinc dendrite in recent three years are summarized, including the modification of the anode structure, the modification of the anode surface, and the modification of the electrolyte. |
